What we text you about
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, MVP Plumbing LLC may send you text messages about your service, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Notice that a technician is on the way
- Estimates and quotes
- Invoices and payment reminders
- A request for a review after the work is finished
- Occasional service reminders, maintenance notices and special offers
You can also just text us on 832-334-2836 without signing up for anything. It is a cell phone and a person answers it. Messages you send us are used to answer you and to carry out the work you are asking about, and nothing else.
How often
Message frequency varies and depends on your job. Most customers get a handful of messages around a single visit — a confirmation, an on-the-way notice, an invoice. We are a plumbing company, not a marketing list.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. That is between you and your mobile carrier; we do not charge you for text messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us and the messages end. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.

Stopping texts does not affect your work with us in any way. We will simply call you instead.
Consent is never required
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MVP Plumbing LLC. You can hire us and never receive a single text.
How to opt in
You can opt in by ticking the box on our contact form, by using our text message sign-up form, by asking a technician on site, or by telling us on the phone.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and your privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
In plain terms: we do not sell your number, and we do not hand it to anyone so they can advertise to you. The only companies that see it are the ones that help us run the business — our scheduling software and our messaging provider — and they may only use it to provide that service to us.
