MVP Plumbing is a licensed master plumbing company in Baytown, Texas, handling residential and commercial service and repair since 2018 under Master Plumber License MPL 38224. Everything we do is listed below. If what you need is not here, call and ask — and if it is outside what we take on, we will tell you that rather than learning on your house.
We do not do new construction. We are a service, repair and remodel company.
Water heaters
Water Heater Repair & Replacement
Tank heaters repaired and replaced, including attic installs with a new pan, flex connectors and a properly run T&P line. Around here a heater lasts ten to twelve years.
Tankless Water Heaters
We sell and install State, Navien and Noritz, and service other brands. We handle the manufacturer warranty call so you do not sit on hold describing a fault you cannot see.
Drains and sewers
Drain Cleaning
Three machines sized to the line — tubs and lavatories, kitchen and laundry, main sewer. Running the wrong one damages the pipe or does nothing at all.
Hydro Jetting
4000 PSI at 9 GPM on lines from two inch to six inch. A cable clears a path; jetting cleans the pipe wall so the problem stops coming back.
Sewer Camera Inspection
Run when something warrants it, not on every job as standard. Also the right call before buying an older house.
Sewer Line Repair & Replacement
Under-slab and yard lines, including tunneling so the work happens beneath the slab instead of through your floor. New pipe anchored so the backfill cannot create a new belly.

Whole House Repiping
Water and drain lines in Uponor PEX-a and copper. Apartment buildings done one unit at a time on tenant turnover.
Water Filtration & Softeners
Whole-house conditioners, traditional salt softeners, and reverse osmosis for drinking water. Three different problems with three different answers.
Gas
Gas Line Services
Repair, replacement, pressure testing and CenterPoint meter lock-off resolution. Permits and city inspection handled under our license.
Gas Pressure Testing
Annual testing and certification for daycares, multifamily complexes and commercial properties, with the paperwork your inspector wants.

Commercial Plumbing
Restaurants, daycares, care facilities, churches, schools and property managers across the Houston area. Work that keeps the building open.
Restaurant Grease Line Jetting
Emergency backups, or a schedule that stops the emergency happening. Quarterly or twice a year depending on volume.
Drinking Fountains & Bottle Fillers
ADA bi-level units for churches, schools, gyms and offices. Supply, drain and fixture.
Master Plumber for Contractors
For GCs, remodelers and maintenance teams who hit the boundary of what they can legally sign off. We pull the permit and pass the inspection.
Emergencies
24-Hour Emergency Plumbing
Burst pipes, sewage backups, no water. We answer 24 hours, we will walk you through the shutoff on the phone, and we will tell you honestly if it can wait until morning.
Other work we do
Not everything warrants its own page. We also handle:
- Fixtures, faucets and valves — including cutting in from the front through tile where the valve allows it, so nobody has to match fifty-year-old tile
- Toilets — flange repairs, tank rebuilds, and commercial flushometer rebuilds on the first visit because we carry the kits
- Water line repair — always returned with a working shutoff valve and insulation, because those two things are what cause the next emergency
- Leak detection — working out what kind of leak it is before opening a ceiling, so the opening is a twelve-inch square instead of half a room
- Garbage disposals
- Remodel plumbing — rough-ins, moving supply and drain lines, tub-to-shower conversions, fixture sets, coordinating with the other trades

How we work
Three things run through all of it.
We tell you when you do not need the work. We offered a customer in Chambers County a camera inspection and then told them that if it was our house we would not bother — the hairball came out, the cable ran clean, and they would only have been paying for a picture of a working pipe.
We match the repair to your situation. Two customers with Moen fixtures got opposite recommendations from us in the same month. One was replaced, one was repaired. The difference was their situation, not what we felt like selling.
We try to leave houses easier to work on than we found them. Access panels instead of patched sheetrock. Isolation valves so the next job does not need pipe cut. Press fittings instead of a torch next to your framing.
